Today we'd like to talk about one of the most fun parts of a picnic:
The Games!

Here at the Ranch we have lots of fun games and activities that are already set up for your party.
Check out some of our favorites below...

ROLLER ROPER

WASHERS

MECHANICAL BULL RIDING

We also recommend classic games such as...

TUG-OF-WAR

HULA HOOP CONTEST

LIMBO

WATER BALLOON / EGG TOSS

You can't go wrong with classics like these!  They are so much fun and provide lots of laughs for your guests.

Here are a few more tips to consider when thinking about what games you want to play at your company picnic:

1.  How often do you want to play games?
Every 30 minutes or hour? Or maybe for just 45 minutes after dinner? Talk to your ranch party planner to figure out the best schedule.  Remember, the more activities you have planned, the more fun your guests will have!  Plus, it will keep them at the party.  Even if some guests choose not to participate they still like to watch.

2.  Be sure to provide a wide variety of games
For example, make sure that you have more than just water games since not everyone will want to get wet.  Providing games that require different skills and skill levels will make sure that everyone has a chance to play.

3.  Give Team Ideas
Suggest that parents team up with their children for one game.  For another, you can ask employees to choose someone from a different division.  Having teams mix up will help the everyone socialize more at the picnic.

4.  Encourage Friendly Competition
Prizes are a fabulous motivator!  Check back tomorrow for some great prize ideas.
