Low-Fat Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Remember when we made you drool on your computer screen this Tuesday over our Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes?
Well, we're about to do it again!
This Low-Fat Pumpkin Fluff Dip Recipe looks impressive, tastes delicious, and is super easy to make! Plus, with only 65 calories a serving, it will leave your tummy feeling satisfied without turning you into a pumpkin.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) container of low-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5 ounce) package of instant fat-free vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
(Alternate recipe for pumpkin pie spice: 1/2t cinnamon, 1/4t ground ginger, 1/8t ground nutmeg, 1/8t ground cloves or allspice and blend)

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

Serve with graham crackers, cinnamon sticks, vanilla wafers, or apple slices.
And for that extra special touch, dust the top with nutmeg and serve the dip in a hollowed out pie pumpkin!

Enjoy!
